Job Description
The Factory Operations and Dispatch Coordinator manages the seamless flow of goods from the production floor directly to the market. Working in-house at the factory, they oversee inventory, pack products securely, and maintain organized stock levels. Once orders are ready, they handle the entire logistics process by preparing accurate delivery challans and coordinating the safe dispatch of goods to retailers and wholesalers. Beyond internal operations, this trusted individual steps into the field to manage client-facing transactions, ensuring timely deliveries and securely collecting cash, checks, or digital payments from buyers on your behalf.
