Job Description
Blinkit Picker & Packer
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Picker & Packers to join our warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using the company system.
- Pack products securely to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.
- Verify product quality, quantity, and expiry dates before packing.
- Sort, scan, label, and organize orders as per company standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, loading, and unloading.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow all safety guidelines.
- Achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets while working as part of a team.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Basic English reading and understanding.
- Physically fit and able to work in rotational shifts.
- Punctual, disciplined, and willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
