The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on camera, conducting interviews, engaging with the public, and presenting content across digital platforms. If you have a passion for storytelling, current affairs, entertainment, sports, or social media content creation, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities •Host and present videos for YouTube. •Conduct on-ground interviews. •Research topics and prepare scripts before shoots. •Collaborate with the production and editorial teams to develop engaging content. •Represent Astitva Media professionally during outdoor shoots and events. •Deliver content with confidence, clarity, and authenticity. •Adapt presentation style according to different formats and target audiences. Requirements 1. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Bengali. 2. Strong camera presence and confidence while speaking. 3. Good pronunciation, voice modulation, and presentation skills. 4. Ability to think quickly and handle live or unscripted interactions. 5. Basic knowledge of current affairs and social media trends. 6. Prior anchoring or content creation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
