Job SummaryThe Shop Manager is responsible for the end-to-end setup, operation, and management of the shop. This role ensures smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, inventory control, staff management, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesShop Setup & LaunchPlan and oversee new shop setup activities.
• Coordinate store layout, fixtures, equipment, and branding.
• Ensure all licenses, permits, and compliance requirements are met.
• Set up POS systems and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers during store establishment.
• Operations ManagementManage day-to-day store operations.
