Role: International Healthcare Voice Process

Experience: 1+ Years

Location: Kolkata

Employment Type: Contractual

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable to Full-Time based on performance and business requirements)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Position Grade: A2 (1–4 Years of Experience)

Compensation: Up to ₹5.5 LPA

Shift: Night Shift (Work from Office)

• Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process, preferably in the Healthcare domain.
• Strong experience in handling customer queries, escalations, and case management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with strong comprehension abilities.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, web-based tools, email platforms, and data entry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
• Willingness to work from the office.
• Key Responsibilities Communicate with US insurance companies to review claim status and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Analyse and document denial reasons accurately.
• Update claim status, case notes, and follow-up actions in the relevant systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all client and organizational policies.
