Job Description
Sleek Connect LLP is hiring International BPO / Telesales Executives for our UK B2B outbound sales process at our Kolkata Sector 5 office.
You will be speaking with business customers in the UK, introducing our products/services, identifying potential customers, generating leads and sales, and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to UK business customers
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales
- Handle customer questions and objections confidently
- Follow up with prospective customers when required
- Maintain accurate customer information
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Who Can Apply:
- Candidates with International BPO, International Voice, Telesales or Sales experience only
- Must be confident speaking with international customers
- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills
- Must be comfortable with outbound calling and a UK process
- Basic computer skills required
