💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: Up to ₹35,000 per month

One of our client is looking for a Documentation & Customer Service Executive with experience in export & import documentation in freight forwarding, logistics, or NVOCC operations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Handle end-to-end export & import documentation.

• Prepare and review Shipping Instructions (SI), House Bills of Lading (HBL), and coordinate Master Bills of Lading (MBL).

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation as per customer and shipping line requirements.

• Process documentation amendments and maintain complete shipment records.

• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, CHA, transporters, ports, CFS/ICDs, and internal teams.

• Provide proactive shipment updates and resolve customer queries throughout the shipment lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and international shipping regulations.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

• 2–5 years of experience in Export/Import Documentation within Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, or Logistics.

• Strong knowledge of SI, HBL, MBL, VGM, Shipping Bills, and Incoterms.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
