To look after distribution & dealers network, Sales & Collection

To select the right and result oriented Sales Staff. To train and guide the team to perform

To ensure timely collection of OutstandingTo sent out distribution and dealers offers

To give Market (competitors) feed back to Management time to time

Shop level publicity to create brand awarenessPrepare action plan & submit to management on monthly basis

Allocation of target & territory bifurcation. Ensure sales target achievements

Arrange sales review meetings & upgrade teamSourcing the right candidate for sales team as per requirement

Sourcing of new dealer/distributor for business growth as per planning

Submit Daily sales Report with full details on competitors activity,dealer conversation
