• Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Manage interview schedules and joining formalities.
• Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Provide regular recruitment reports to management.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Good convincing and follow-up ability.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of candidates sourced and screened.
