About the Role: Star Info Lab is looking for a motivated Sales Executive Intern to join our team and promote Star CRM and our IT & digital services. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience and be confident in communicating with customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

• Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
• Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Explain Star CRM features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
• Promote Star Info Lab's website, app development, digital marketing, CRM, and other IT services.
• Conduct product/service demonstrations when required.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Convert qualified leads into customers.
• Maintain daily sales and lead reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the development and support team for customer requirements.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
• Basic knowledge of computers and internet-based software.
• Ability to understand customer requirements.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/software products will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
