Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally over phone calls.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services and generate leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Coordinate with the internal team for lead updates and customer requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- RequirementsFemale candidates only.
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet, email).
- Positive attitude and convincing ability.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling/customer service experience will be an added advantage.
