Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month (Including TA) + Performance Incentives

Experience: 1–1.5 years preferred

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Meet potential clients and build long-term business relationships.
• Promote the company's recruitment and workforce solutions.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
• Prepare daily reports and update CRM/MIS records.
• Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales/business development is preferred.
• Knowledge of lead generation and client handling.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Laptop is mandatory.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
