Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Agency Partner & Team Leader to manage agency operations, build and maintain partner relationships, lead a team, and achieve recruitment/sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, team-management, and business-development skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Partner Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Coordinate with partners to achieve business and recruitment targets.
• Handle client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Follow up with prospective clients, candidates, and business partners.
• Maintain regular communication and provide excellent service.
• Prepare performance reports and track business growth.

Team Leader Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the team on a daily basis.
• Allocate work and monitor individual and team performance.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Train and guide team members to improve productivity.
• Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, and overall performance.
• Resolve team-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Take responsibility for achieving team targets.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Qualification & ExperienceQualification: Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years in recruitment, sales, business development, telecalling, or agency management.
• Candidates with prior team-handling experience will be preferred.
