Accountant

Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Record daily accounting transactions in ERP/Tally or accounting software.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledgers.

Process purchase, sales, debit notes, and credit notes.

Generate GST-compliant tax invoices and e-Invoices where applicable.

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns within due dates.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate payment follow-ups.

Verify vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and payment vouchers.

Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Assist during internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.

Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information.

Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
