Telecalling Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling Executive role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Telecalling Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential and existing customers about Advitya Healthcares Pvt. Ltd., Promotions, and Service Packages. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing clear information, answering queries, and scheduling service appointments in coordination with the operations team. The Telecalling Executive will update and maintain call logs and customer records in the CRM or call management system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Day-to-day responsibilities also include following up on leads, supporting basic customer service requests, and collaborating with team members to meet call targets and service quality standards.

Qualifications

• Energetic, Ability to communicate Clearly and professionally in English, Hindi and local languages, with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling, lead follow-up, and basic sales or service promotion activities.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call management systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate customer records.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills and a polite, calm telephone manner.
• Prior experience in Telecalling, customer service, or inside sales is mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent; additional training in communication or sales is an advantage.
• Preferably from Service Industry Background. Telecallers from Healthcare Industry will get an extra advantage.
