Hiring Requirement – Tele-Collection Agents We are hiring 80 Tele-Collection Agents for Regional-Language collection processes.

• Candidate RequirementsFluency in the respective regional language is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of Hindi or English will be preferred.
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary; graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience in tele-collection, tele-calling, banking, NBFC, fintech or customer service will be an advantage.
• Candidates should have good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on a dialler or CRM are required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with collection targets.
• Job ResponsibilitiesCall customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
• Explain outstanding amounts, due dates and payment options.
• Obtain and record Promise-to-Pay commitments.
• Follow up on pending and broken payment commitments.
• Update all call outcomes and customer responses accurately in the system.
• Handle customers respectfully and professionally.
• Escalate disputes, complaints and vulnerable-customer cases to the Team Leader.
• Follow company, client and regulatory collection guidelines.
• Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets.
