Job SummaryThe Team Leader is responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and motivating a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role focuses on business growth, team development, and achieving organizational goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance (KPIs).
• Conduct team meetings, field visits, and joint sales calls.
• Motivate the team through recognition and performance coaching.
• Develop business through lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and performance dashboards to management.
• Resolve customer and team escalations promptly.
