Job Description
i. Order Management: Taking food and drink orders accurately and inputting them into the POS system promptly.
ii. Product Knowledge: Explaining the menu, describing craft ales/spirits, and advising guests on food allergies or preferences.
iii. Service Delivery: Serving drinks and food quickly while ensuring "perfect pours" and correct food presentation.
iv. Table Maintenance: "Clearing as you go"—removing empty glasses, cleaning spills, and resetting tables immediately after guests leave.
v. Guest Engagement: Greeting customers warmly and checking in during the meal to ensure total satisfaction.
vi. Station Prep: Completing "side-work" like polishing cutlery, restocking condiments, and prepping menus before and after shifts.
vii. Payment Processing: Handling bills accurately and processing cash or card transactions efficiently.
viii. Safety & Compliance: Monitoring guest sobriety and strictly enforcing age verification.
