Job Description
- Vendor Management,
- Procurement Planning
- Negotiation Skills Negotiate favorable terms including pricing, delivery, and payment conditions.
- Work closely with stores/warehouse to manage stock levels.
- Monitor lead times and reorder points.
- Handle returns or replacements of defective goods efficiently.
- Teamwork & CommunicationCoordinate across departments: production, finance, quality, logistics.
- Communicate clearly and promptly to avoid misunderstandings or delays.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Resolve supply chain disruptions or quality issues quickly.
