Operation Executive

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, guides, airlines, and other suppliers.

Handle FIT, GIT, and group bookings from confirmation to completion.

Prepare and verify itineraries, vouchers, invoices, and other travel documents.

Coordinate airport transfers, sightseeing, transportation, meals, and activities.

Communicate with clients, travel agents, and internal sales teams regarding operational requirements.

Follow up with suppliers for availability, rates, confirmations, and amendments.

Monitor ongoing trips and resolve operational issues or last-minute changes.

Ensure services are delivered according to the confirmed itinerary and agreed standards.

Maintain booking records and update operational reports.

Coordinate with the Sales, Contracting, Accounts, and Product teams.

Handle cancellations, amendments, refunds, and supplier-related issues.

Maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs, transporters, and other vendors.

Ensure timely submission of operational documents and invoices.

Collect client/agent feedback and coordinate for service improvements.
