Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Field Collection & Delivery: Travel to client homes, offices, or vendor sites using a two-wheeler to pick up and drop off physical files, KYC documents, agreements, and cheques.
- Document Verification: Perform basic on-the-spot checks to ensure client forms, signatures, and legal papers are complete and accurate before submission.
- Liaison & Office Errands: Visit banks, corporate headquarters, or local government offices for submissions, licensing work, or cheque collection.
- Record Keeping: Update digital logs, tracking sheets, or CRM tools daily to report the status of picked-up and delivered files.
Requirements & Skills:-
- Education: Minimum 12th pass.
- Vehicle & License: A valid two-wheeler driving license, vehicle registration (RC), and insurance are mandatory for daily field travel.
- Soft Skills: Good local communication skills, basic computer or mobile app knowledge for updating logs, and high integrity for handling sensitive client data
