Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Energy Consultant for our dynamic Australian Gas & Electricity Campaign. In this role, you will engage with residential customers in Australia to analyze their energy bills, present cost-effective utility plans, and switch them to better rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Engage with customers via cold leads to pitch electricity and gas savings.
• Bill Analysis: Review customer utility bills to identify current tariffs, supply charges, and usage rates.
• Plan Presentation: Present complex energy structures clearly, explaining discounts, feed-in tariffs, and contract terms.
• Objection Handling: Overcome customer hesitation regarding price, contract lock-ins, or switching suppliers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 6 to 12 months in an international voice process (prior Australian energy campaign experience highly preferred).
• Communication: Excellent verbal English with a neutral accent and high active listening skills.
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work early morning shifts to align with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
