Job Description
LIFE HUB is India’s Family Advisory & Consulting Platform. It offers services in Employment, Skills & Education sector by aligning the Families to take better decision and avail the services through empanelled service providers. Life Hub Kishanganj is looking for dynamic, empathetic, and motivated individuals who can support families through advisory, guidance, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Family counseling & engagement
MIS & data management
Coordination with training/employment partners
Community outreach & follow-up
Eligibility & Experience:
* Graduate in any discipline
* Preferred Background: Social Work, Psychology, Education, Management
* MS Office proficiency mandatory
* 0–3 years experience in counseling, employment, education/skill institutes, NGOs, or MIS-related roles
* Freshers with strong aptitude and local knowledge can also apply
* Senior/Retired professionals and women restarting careers are encouraged to apply
Language Requirement:
* Hindi & English – Mandatory
* Urdu/Bengali/Surjapuri – Preferred
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication & counseling skills
Trust-building and family-oriented approach
Ability to explain options in simple local language
Understanding of local socio-economic context
