Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our property projects, qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
* Call fresh and existing leads.
* Explain residential and commercial property projects to customers.
* Generate genuine customer interest and qualify leads.
* Schedule site visits and follow up with customers.
* Update lead status in the CRM.
* Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.
* Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in Hindi (Punjabi is an added advantage).
* Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
* Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
* Freshers are welcome. Experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is preferred.
