Air Ticketing, Sales & Customer Support Executive

📍 Location: Gillco Valley, Kharar

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office

🌙 Shift: Night Shift

🔄 Shifts: Rotational Shifts

📅 Weekly Off: Rotational

⏰ Working Hours: Shifts are scheduled between 1:00 PM and 1:30 AM. Employees will work a 9-hour shift, including 8 hours of working time + 1-hour break.

💼 Key Responsibilities:• Handle inbound & outbound calls related to flight bookings and customer inquiries

• Assist customers with airline ticket bookings, queries and travel-related services

• Promote company services and generate sales through calls and other communication channels

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/booking targets

• Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails professionally

• Maintain accurate customer records, CRM updates and sales reports

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into bookings

• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer service and booking support

• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

• Support business growth through effective sales and customer engagement

🎯 What We're Looking For:• Freshers to 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Air Ticketing or related profiles

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi

• Clear voice and professional communication

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication

• Basic knowledge of airline booking portals is an advantage

• Knowledge of airline/train/bus bookings will be an added advantage

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment

• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
