Production Executive

1. Plan, organize and control daily production activities as per customer requirements and dispatch schedules.
2. Manage complete wooden pallet manufacturing operations from raw material cutting to final inspection.
3. Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time and cost.
4. Prepare daily and monthly production plans.
5. Monitor manpower, machine utilization and production efficiency.
6. Control wastage of wooden raw materials and optimize material utilization.
7. Ensure pallets are manufactured according to approved drawings, dimensions and customer specifications.
8. Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, Dispatch and Management.
9. Monitor production quality and ensure rejection/rework is minimized.
10. Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
11. Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, tools and equipment.
12. Implement 5S, safety practices and good housekeeping in the production area.
13. Maintain production records, daily production reports and rejection/rework reports.
14. Train and supervise production workers and supervisors.
15. Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and work instructions.
16. Support Quality Department during customer complaints, NCR, CAPA and 8D activities.
17. Monitor production cost, manpower productivity and material consumption.
18. Ensure timely completion of customer orders as per committed delivery schedule.
19. Develop and implement continuous improvement activities for productivity and quality.

Report daily production status, issues and achievements to General Management.
