Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Berger Paints, CUMI Abrasives, and MP Birla Perfect Putty. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing new dealers, maintaining relationships with existing retailers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Visit 20–25 retailers, dealers, and hardware stores daily.
* Generate new business and appoint new dealers.
* Take daily orders and increase secondary sales.
* Meet painters, contractors, builders, and fabricators to generate demand.
* Promote Berger Paints, CUMI Abrasives, and MP Birla Perfect Putty.
* Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up on outstanding dues.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Submit daily visit and sales reports through the company system.
* Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in Paints, Cement, Putty, Abrasives, Hardware, Building Materials, or FMCG sales.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Good knowledge of the local market.
* Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
* Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge.
* Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience can also apply).
