EdTech Team Leader – Career Counselling

HyperTech Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced EdTech Team Leader to lead our Career Counselling team. We are looking for a confident, result-oriented professional with strong leadership, communication, and sales skills who can inspire a team while consistently delivering individual results. In this role, you will counsel students, graduates, and working professionals over calls, understand their career aspirations, explain our industry-focused training programs, address their queries, and guide them through the enrolment process. Along with achieving your own admission targets, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Career Counsellors, conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, monitor daily productivity, ensure timely follow-ups with leads, improve conversion rates, resolve escalations, and create a positive, high-performance work culture. The ideal candidate should possess excellent team management, people management, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, objection-handling, coaching, time management, reporting, and target management skills, with the ability to analyse team performance, drive accountability, and consistently achieve monthly admission and revenue goals. Prior experience in EdTech, education sales, admissions, career counselling, or inside sales, along with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, will be highly preferred.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Education Sales, Career Counselling, or Team Leadership.
• Prior experience in the EdTech industry will be preferred.
