Job Description

  • Maintain books of accounts and perform accounting entries in Tally Prime.
  • Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
  • Calculate, deposit and file TDS returns within the prescribed due dates.
  • Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and debtor-creditor reconciliation.
  • Prepare trial balance, profit and loss account, balance sheet schedules and other financial reports.
  • Assist in finalisation of accounts and preparation of audit working papers.
  • Handle income-tax return preparation and related compliance work, as assigned.
  • Reconcile financial data with GST returns, TDS records and other statutory records.
  • Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents and compliance trackers.
  • Coordinate with clients for documents, information and resolution of accounting discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely completion of assignments and adherence to statutory deadlines.
