Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive residential sales for our project(s). You will own the sales funnel end-to-end—from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and closure—while leading and mentoring a team of sales executives to consistently meet revenue and inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned residential project(s), managing unit inventory and pricing strategy in coordination with management.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives; set individual targets, monitor performance, and drive productivity.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, site visits, client presentations, negotiation, booking, and closure.
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and CPs to expand the lead pipeline.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and sales strategy.
• Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with RERA and other applicable regulations; coordinate with legal and CRM teams for agreements, bookings, and handovers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
• Deliver a strong customer experience from first contact through possession, and drive referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, launches, promotional events, and lead-generation activities.
