Job Description

  • The customer care executive is responsible to ensure continuous footfall in branch and target new customers in the assigned area.
  • Also ensure a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service through regular interaction with the customers. 
  • Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch.
  • Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch.
  • Maintaining punctuality, Discipline and high level of Morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.
  • Cost control
