QAQC (Mech/Civil/E&I)
Mech. QA/QC
* Verification of materials, mill test certificates and confirming compliance to the code & company requirements during IMIR clearance.
* Conducting welding procedure qualification tests and maintaining procedure qualification records (PQR) for Structural, Tank & Piping works.
* Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification & conducting Procedure Qualification test at site per requirement.
* Verification of welding consumables BTCs & conduct necessary Qualification test at site.
* Preparation of Job procedure & ITP pertaining to Structural, Piping & Tank works.
* Periodical Site Internal Audits.
* Visually inspecting the fit up & welded joints of Structural, Tank & Piping works.
* Welding inspection (surveillance checks before ,during and after welding)
* Conducting all NDT inspections and preparation of all inspection records.
* Coordination with Customer for necessary day-to-day inspections.
* Piping test package preparation, review, and site verification and punching the pending activities.
* NDT Clearance of Piping Test packs
* Hydrotest witness of Tank & Piping system.
