Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities – Jewellery Salesperson


  • Welcome customers warmly and provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
  • Understand customer preferences, budgets to recommend suitable jewellery products
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
  • Engage and attract walk-in customers by creating a friendly and professional environment.
  • Use effective sales techniques to encourage purchases.
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Assist customers with product selection, customization options.
  • Ensure the security and proper handling of high-value jewellery.
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Stay updated and active during customer visits.
