Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and process orders received through:
- Shopify website
- WhatsApp messages
- Instagram messages
- Customer phone calls
- Create new products on Shopify with correct details, images and prices
- Update product prices, stock and other website information
- Handle customer enquiries, order confirmations and after-sales support
- Coordinate order packing, billing and dispatch
- Book shipments and generate labels through Shiprocket
- Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers
- Handle Shiprocket NDR cases, returns, RTO orders and delivery issues
- Raise complaints with Shiprocket for lost, delayed or damaged shipments
- Arrange local deliveries through Rapido, Porter or similar services
- Maintain proper records of online orders, dispatches, returns and complaints
- Provide basic support for Instagram and other social-media activities
- Required Experience and SkillsPrior experience in e-commerce order management, Shopify, online sales or dispatch handling
- Basic knowledge of website and Shopify backend operations
- Experience in product creation and price/stock updates
- Knowledge of Shiprocket, courier booking, order tracking, NDR and returns
- Good customer-handling and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram and social media
- Basic computer knowledge and accurate data-entry skills
- Responsible, organised and capable of managing work independently
