Billing Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Billing Executive to manage billing operations at our retail store. The candidate must have knowledge of Catpro Billing Software and should be capable of handling customer billing accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate customer bills using Catpro Billing Software.

Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.

Ensure accurate billing and maintain daily transaction records.

Assist customers with billing-related queries.

Verify product prices, discounts, and promotional offers during billing.

Prepare and maintain daily sales reports.

Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth store operations.

Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the billing counter.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Catpro Billing Software is mandatory.

Basic computer and billing skills.

Good calculation and numerical ability.

Honest, polite, punctual, and responsible.

Good communication and customer service skills

Shift Options & Salary (Plus Incentives):

🕘 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (12 Hours)💰 ₹16,000 + Incentives

🕛 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (9 Hours)💰 ₹12,000 + Incentives

🕒 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (6 Hours)💰 ₹8,000 + Incentives
