Telecalling Executive

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Herbal Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the face of P R Herbal, responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our retail and distribution network, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients (retailers, pharmacies, wellness centers, and distributors).

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for herbal medicine, wellness, or natural lifestyle products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and secure new sales opportunities by pitching P R Herbal products to retail stores, pharmacies, organic supermarkets, wellness centers, and distributors.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure repeat orders, brand loyalty, and excellent customer service.
• Product Advocacy: Educate clients and store staff on the unique benefits, ingredients, and selling points of our herbal product range.
• Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer preferences to identify new growth areas.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within your assigned territory.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and lead pipelines using our CRM system.
• Merchandising Support: Ensure our products are prominently displayed and well-stocked at retail locations to maximize visibility.
