Job Description

1. Lead Management & Sales

  • Call potential and existing customers to inform them about e-bike products, offers, and services
  • Follow up on leads from walk-ins, website, social media, and referrals
  • Convert inquiries into showroom visits and sales
  • Maintain proper call records and update CRM regularly

2. Customer Follow-ups

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with interested customers
  • Schedule test rides and appointments
  • Coordinate with sales team for closures

3. After-Sales Engagement

  • Call customers for service reminders at regular intervals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction post purchase
  • Collect feedback and encourage Google reviews

4. Database & Reporting

  • Maintain customer database (leads + existing customers)
  • Track daily calls, conversions, and follow-ups
  • Share daily/weekly reports with management


Candidates from automobile industry and having experience of digital marketing would be preferred
