Job Description

Job Title: Tally Accountant & Adv. Excel


Department: Accounts & Finance


Location: Sanganer, Jaipur


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.
  • Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation (BRS), GST working, and ledger reconciliations.
  • Maintain inventory and stock records.
  • Handle vendor/customer accounts and payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports using Excel.
  • Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.


Requirements:


  • B.Com / M.Com
  • 1–5 years of accounting experience


Mandatory:


  • Tally Prime & Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, Inventory Accounting, and Banking
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


Salary - ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month


Working Hours - Monday to Saturday | 10 AM – 8 PM
