Shift Incharge- Zepto Night Shift

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced and fast-paced Shift Incharge to lead night operations at our Mahesh Nagar dark store. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment, maintaining strict delivery SLAs, and managing the on-ground store team and inbound partners during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end dark store operations during the night shift, ensuring 100% order fulfillment within the 10-minute delivery SLA.
• Team Supervision: Manage and motivate a team of pickers, packers, and delivery partners to ensure high productivity and minimal errors.
• Inventory & Stock: Supervise night-time stock inwarding, conduct regular inventory checks, and minimize stock discrepancies/wastage.
• Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth dispatch and zero order delays.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for operational bottlenecks and issues, or tech glitches during the shift.
• Store Hygiene: Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards within the dark store.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Mandatory Experience: Must have prior experience working as a Shift Incharge or Store Manager in Quick Commerce operations.
• Preferred Background: Ex-employees from Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or Flipkart Minutes will be given top priority.
• Comfortable working exclusively in the night shift.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Basic computer and tech-savviness for managing inventory dashboards.
