Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and providing technical support to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Visit customer locations for installation and service requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Maintain service reports and records of all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely completion of service requests.
