Senior Human Resource Executive

Experienced HR – Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities and employee documentation.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, interviews, selection, offer letters and hiring coordination.
• Manage attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, salary revisions, increments and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and performance-related matters.
• Manage probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.
• Prepare and maintain HR policies, SOPs, agreements, letters and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases and HR reports.
• Handle full & final settlement, resignation, notice period and exit processes.

Required:

• 6 months of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions.
• Good communication, interpersonal, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
