Job Description

  • Position: Office Assistant / Customer Support ExecutiveJob ResponsibilitiesWork on MS Excel for data entry, record management, and report preparation.
  • Make calls to customers for follow-ups, information collection, and basic communication.
  • Maintain and update records in office registers and files.
  • Enter and verify customer and business data accurately.
  • Coordinate with team members for daily office activities.
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
  • Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
