Job Description

1.Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
  • Collect, verify, and analyze data from various departments.
  • Generate sales, inventory, dispatch, attendance, and performance reports.
  • Manage large datasets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Create dashboards and presentations for management review.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data.
  • Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
  • Maintain records and databases in an organized manner.

2.Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Conditional Formatting).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
