Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced MEP Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works for high-rise residential building projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCivil WorksSupervise all civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and structural works.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with IS Codes and company standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• MEP WorksSupervise installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and Mechanical systems.
• Coordinate MEP activities with civil and finishing works.
• Review drawings and resolve technical issues at the site.
• Ensure timely completion of all MEP activities.
• Project CoordinationPrepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor material consumption and coordinate procurement requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Support project handover, snag rectification, and final inspections.
• Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP services, site execution, and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet project deadlines.
• Required SkillsStrong technical knowledge of Civil & MEP works.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in high-rise building construction is mandatory.
• Candidate should be ready to work at the Chokhi Dhani, Jaipur project site.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
