Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle legal recovery matters for loan accounts.
- Draft legal notices in English & Hindi.
- Manage cases under Arbitration, Section 138, Section 9 & 17, and coordinate with advocates.
- Maintain legal documentation, case records, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with branches and collections teams for legal recovery.
Eligibility:
- LLB (Law Graduate) – Mandatory (Freshers can also apply.)
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience in Banking/NBFC legal recovery preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and MIS reporting.
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
