Job Description

Job Description – Junior AccountantPosition: Junior Accountant

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: VKI, Jaipur

Employment Type: Full-time

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
  • Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other routine accounting activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely accounting data entry.
  • Required Skills2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Good working knowledge of Tally Prime or ERP accounting software.
  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • QualificationB.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
