Location: Jaipur Hospital, Mahesh Nagar, Jaipur

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support. Candidates with an Interior Design background will be preferred, as the role may involve assisting with design-related coordination, vendor communication, and project documentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Maintain records, documents, and office files.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
• Assist with project coordination and follow-ups.
• Support interior design-related tasks such as material tracking, vendor coordination, and documentation (preferred).
• Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with an Interior Design qualification or experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
