Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Support employee engagement and performance management
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Handle employee queries and HR administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred)
1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office and HRMS is a plus
