Job Description
Assist in recruitment and selection processes.
Handle employee joining and onboarding formalities.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll activities.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Communicate company policies, rules, and procedures to employees.
Prepare HR documents such as Appointment Letters, Joining Letters, Warning Letters, and Relieving Letters.
Support PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Ensure workplace discipline and compliance with company policies.
Maintain contractor labour records and support labour management activities (if applicable).
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
