Job Description

Hotel Receptionist / Front Office Executive


We are hiring a professional and friendly Hotel Receptionist for Hotel Raj Kailash, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur.


Responsibilities:


  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in & check-out.
  • Handle room bookings, phone calls and guest enquiries.
  • Manage online bookings (OTA platforms) and front desk operations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
  • Process guest payments, generate bills and maintain records.
  • Resolve guest queries politely and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area.


Requirements:


  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Hotel Software).
  • Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Experience in hotel front office will be preferred.
